About Us

ftminer is an online skincare retail brand operated by TODAYE TECH LTD, a legally‑registered business entity based in Northern Ireland. This brand and its corresponding SHOPLINE‑powered website are owned and managed entirely by this legal entity. TODAYE TECH LTD is the sole party responsible for all customer service, returns, refunds and after‑sales support for all orders placed on this site.

We primarily offer cosmetic skincare products including cleansers, serums, moisturizers and targeted topical cosmetic items for daily skin care, and sell these goods to consumers mainly located in the United States via our website. Our internal team takes charge of product sourcing and supplier vetting, website operation and maintenance, order review and processing, as well as end‑to‑end customer support. When selecting products, we evaluate cosmetic‑grade formulations, supplier quality standards and product safety for general‑purpose external cosmetic use. All items sold are cosmetic‑only goods and are not intended for medical treatment. Products may be fulfilled from our partner facilities in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, or other locations depending on real‑time inventory availability and the customer’s delivery destination. We coordinate with cross‑border logistics partners to arrange international delivery to customers. All after‑sales matters including order inquiries, return authorizations, refunds and dispute resolution are handled directly by our team at TODAYE TECH LTD. Customers should contact our official support email service@ftminer.com for any post‑purchase assistance.
